libio-pipely-perl software package provides portable way to create pipe() or pipe-like handles, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libio-pipely-perl
libio-pipely-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libio-pipely-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libio-pipely-perl *
You will get with libio-pipely-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
